I guess I was a good boy this year. My favorite gifts of 2008 are Elmo Live & Mr. Potato Head. I am really enjoying my Christmas holidays. My favorite past time is chasing the 3 puppies.

a poinsettia tradition

The plants' association with Christmas began in 16th century Mexico, where legend tells of a young girl who was too poor to provide a gift for the celebration of Jesus' birthday. The tale goes that the child was inspired by an angel to gather weeds from the roadside and place them in front of the church altar. Crimson "blossoms" sprouted from the weeds and became beautiful poinsettias.

Well I am 20 months now and weigh 24 pounds. My favorite foods are raspberries, nana's, cheese & porridge. I love feeding myself although I need more practice. I am talking lots. My parents don't understand all my words yet. Pretty soon they'll get it. I really like saying "no" even when I mean yes. My first sentence will probably be, "I'm not a girl." My favorite toy is a ball. My mommy needs to practice catching better. I'm really into play doh and coloring. Today I colored on the coffee table with my oil pastels. It's permanent.
